Walter Cockburn – Gallagher trained at The
Surrey Institute of Art and Design (BA hons)
1996 having completed an Art Foundation at
the East Berkshire College of Art and Design
(BTEC). 1992. He is now the leading artist at
the British Art Academy in Bath.
Having painted all his life and involved in high
fashion he lives and works in Chelsea,
London. He has had several one-man shows.
